You have the right to exchange any order you are not satisfied. You can return an icon only by exchanging with another icon at the same size or the same price. If there is a price difference (greater) between your original item and the new item you’re getting, you will be prompted to pay the difference. No refunds are made, so please if you have any questions about our items please contact us before buying. Returned icons must be in their original condition and have exactly the same packaging and covering. Exchanges are only accepted with authorization by phone, email, or by filling a contact form directly from our system and wait for confirmation. We are not responsible for items ordered incorrectly so please be sure of your order. Returned product is subject to inspection and approval prior to the exchange. You must inform us in writing within two days of receiving the order and obtain a return reference number. We do not accept a change or return of an icon which has been specially custom ordered unless faulty.
Note: Since the size and dimension of our products is measured by hand, the size of the actual icon you received could be slightly different from the size of our products. Meanwhile, please be reminded that due to lighting effects, monitor’s brightness, contrast settings etc, there could be some slight differences in the color tone of the pictures and the actual item.
Return shipments must be sent pre-paid and insured, as we will not accept COD and are not liable for what happens to the package on its way back to us. And we cannot refund shipping charges for returns or exchanges. Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling of the item to correct the issue.
